This site discusses phimosis in its specific forms of phimotic ring, frenulum breve, adhesions or skinbridges.
During erection these conditions inhibit the relationship between foreskin and glans.
This functionally restricts the erection, and thus has an effect on the sexuality.

Full circumcision (particularly for infants) is a ridiculous treatment or prevention for any form of phimosis.
Those who follow Abraham are asked to please consider using his methods of partial circumcision.

Research was made through all available medical journals 1920 - 2000 in English French German Italien and Spanish this revealed ONLY the above references to possible sexual problems connected with phimosis. This shows that very little resesarch has been done on this subject - a seeming taboo on sexual influences. The anthropological texts of Ploss and Bryk show far more appreciation of the sexual influences of phimosis.

To update Medline Studies
To search for phimosis - (to avoid penicillin you need to ask for) peni* BUT NOT penic* AND phimo*

To search for frenulum - frenul* OR frenum* - gives practically everything - linguistically you need freno* OR frenu* OR freni* OR fraenum OR frein - You will find many references to the tongue (lingua) so either specify AND peni* -or- BUT NOT ling*
